Brian Mower

Brian Mower has been in the martial arts/fitness industry for over 40 years. He is a Seventh Degree Black Belt and has a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology from the University of Maryland. He opened the facility as BMI Karate in 1993 focusing on Building Confidence & Discipline in Kids. In 2013 he transitioned into adding fitness kickboxing with a mission of helping people in the Germantown community to live healthier and become happier by making fitness a part of their lives.
