How Do New Members Get Started at Club Kickbox?
Step 1: The Free 30-Minute "No Sweat Intro"
At Club Kickbox, we kick off your fitness journey with a Free 30-minute “No Sweat Intro.” True to its name, this session is not a workout but a personalized consultation where you'll sit down with one of our expert coaches. This is your opportunity to share your fitness goals, whether you're looking to tone up, lose weight, or simply get stronger. Your coach will take the time to understand your current fitness level and where you want to go, setting the foundation for your personalized transformation plan.
We’ll also conduct a Body Composition Analysis using our advanced InBody scanner. This provides a detailed look at your body fat percentage and lean muscle mass, giving us a clear picture of your starting point. Together, we'll chart a path tailored to your needs to help you track your progress and celebrate every milestone.
Step 2: Your Blueprint Orientation
Once you’re ready to dive in, we’ll enroll you in the perfect Transformation Program and set up your Blueprint Orientation. This is a one-on-one session with your coach that goes beyond just kickboxing techniques. Your coach will design a customized nutrition plan, set specific goals, and outline an accountability strategy to keep you on track. You'll also go through a private, hands-on Foundations Session where you’ll learn the basics of kickboxing, so you're fully prepped for your first group class.
Step 3: Your First Kickboxing Class
The best part? Club Kickbox classes are designed to be beginner-friendly and self-paced. Whether you're brand new to fitness or looking to take it to the next level, our instructors guide you every step of the way. Plus, you'll be surrounded by a supportive, welcoming community of fellow members who are always eager to cheer you on.
Every session kicks off with a dynamic warm-up to get your body ready, followed by 10 minutes of strength and conditioning exercises like squats, lunges, and push-ups to build that initial burn. Then, it’s time to gear up: put on your boxing gloves and get ready for the main event — 7 rounds of high-energy kickboxing on the bags, each lasting 2.5 minutes. Every punch and kick melts away stress, burns fat, and tones your muscles.
But the fun doesn’t stop there! You'll team up with a partner for glove drills, where you'll take turns practicing punches on each other's gloves, adding an extra challenge to tone those arms like a weight-training session.
To wrap up, we guide you through a cool down and stretch to enhance flexibility and leave you feeling accomplished and energized. There’s nothing quite like the post-class euphoria of knowing you’re one step closer to your fitness goals!
